Limosano liver to rediscover origins
The traditional liver festival, now in its XLI edition, will be held in Limosano on Aug. 14.
From 8:30 pm, in the town square, it will be possible to taste the typical dish cheered by a musical performance. From 8:30 a.m. the “Taste Workshop” will be organized for the oriundi, consisting of a cooking class given by the ladies of the village who cook the traditional lamb liver dish prepared both in white and tomato sauce. The oriundi will be offered the prepared dish free of charge and tables will be reserved for them on the evening of the festival.

The municipality of Limosano can be reached via the SS 647, Limosano junction, and SP73a, 20 minutes from Campobasso and 45 minutes from Isernia. The venues where the events will take place are easily accessible as they are located in the built-up area of the municipality of Limosano.
