Eddie Lang, his personal story related to the migration flows that also occurred in Monteroduni from 1880 onward, involving Italian-descendants who will be able to recount their experiences.

Ahe century Salvatore Massaro, was born in South Philadelphia on Oct. 25, 1902, the last of seven children of Domenico Massaro and Carmela Tamburri, both natives of Monteroduni, then in the province of Campobasso, who left their hometown to find their fortunes in America. Since 1991 every summer in Monteroduni, his parents’ hometown, a Jazz Festival named after the guitarist is organized, attracting world-renowned artists: Eddie Lang Jazz Festival.

BY CAR: By car From the North Take Adriatica A14 highway, follow direction Rome, take A25 highway, exit direction Bussi/Popoli, follow direction L'Aquila (A 24), continue on SS 17, go through Popoli, SS 652 direction Venafro, continue on SS 158, continue on SS 85 to Monteroduni junction (SP 75). From the South Adriatica A14 highway, follow direction Pescara, continue on A16 highway, follow direction Benevento, at Benevento continue on SS 88, exit at Campobasso, take SS 87 (strada statale Bifernina) towards Campobasso/Isernia, continue on SS 17, take SS 85 towards Venafro, continue to Monteroduni junction (SP 75). From Isernia Take the SS 85 to the Monteroduni junction (SP 75). From Campobasso Take the SS 87 (strada statale Bifernina), near Vinchiaturo take the SS 17, continue on the SS 85 towards Venafro to the Monteroduni junction (SP 75). From Naples Take the A1 Rome-Naples Autostrada del Sole freeway, exit at the Caianello tollbooth, follow signs for Isernia, drive on the SS 85 to the Monteroduni junction (SP 75). From Rome From the A1 Autostrada del Sole freeway exit at San Vittore, follow the direction to Venafro on the SS 6, at Venafro continue on the SS 85 towards Isernia, continue to the Monteroduni junction (SP 75).
